Walking on glacier ice is a unique and unforgettable experience!
From Bajo Las Sombras Pier, 44 miles away from El Calafate, we navigate the Rico Branch of the Argentino Lake with views to the Perito Moreno Glacier’s southern face.
When landing, a short walk takes us closer to the ice limit, where we will be equipped with the crampons and receive instructions to begin the trek.
During 1.45 hrs we will appreciate different formations, as cracks, drains and small lagoon.
